Achieve Your Goals Without New Year’s Resolutions

As the year comes to an end, you may find yourself reflecting on what you want to leave behind in 2023 and what you're seeking as a new year approaches. ​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​

Maybe you want to reach a certain goal - spend less time on your phone, prepare your body to conceive, integrate more movement into your day, earn more money, eat well-balanced meals, read more...and the list goes on.​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​

And yes - while having goals is GREAT and gets us motivated, many times we set these goals, follow through for a little, and then stop. Not being consistent and falling off of what we originally set for ourselves may lead to disappointment, shame, guilt, and then in turn, our motivation plummets. We place so much pressure on ourselves that we need to have XYZ as goals so that we may feel some type of way. ​​​​​​​​

But what if you focused on how you want to + can FEEL vs. what you NEED to do to be REWARDED with that feeling? How would that be? How would it be knowing you CAN feel however you want even before you begin your goal or achieve something? ​​​​​​​​

Example:​​​​​​​​

⛔️ I want to lose weight so I can then feel confident. ​​​​​​​​

👆🏼I am feeling confident…I have all I need to feel confident…I allow myself to feel confidence.

Example:​​​​​​​​

⛔️I want to be successful to prove to myself that I can be. ​​​​​​​​

👆🏼I am successful in different areas of my life... I feel pride in what I do…I am feeling accomplished….I do not need to prove to myself or anyone else that I am capable. ​​​​​​​​

Let's make this shift TOGETHER + bring forth all that we are deserving of in the new year ✨🤍
