Gain More Energy, Clarity, & Control With The
No Sugar Challenge
Join the 4-week, self-paced No Sugar Challenge to break free from the power that sugar can have on your mental and physical well-being.
Many people who approach this challenge with an “all in” attitude will find their blood sugar levels regulate and they lose all sweet cravings within one to two weeks. Others who move at a slower pace may take four weeks, sometimes more.
By the end - whether you feel a difference immediately or shortly after, you will have gained energy, clarity, and control.
The Impact of Sugar on Our Health
Can increase pre-existing mental health concerns, such as anxiety + depression.

Sugar can also mimic mental health concerns, which then in turn lead to symptoms.
Can contribute to the deterioration of the brain's ability to process and retain information, leading to learning + memory issues.
Overconsumption of sugar leads to the impact of not just our emotional health, but our behaviors.

Did you know sugar can be just as addictive as drugs? Consumption mimics the same impact on the brain as cocaine, morphine, heroin, oxycodone, fentanyl, and hydrocodone. 🤯
Impacts our organs on various levels, for example:

🦷 Teeth = cavities and or decay
🦴 Joints = pain + inflammation
🫀 Heart = heart disease, heart attacks, stroke, or heart failure
🧠Brain = damage to blood vessels, potentially increasing risk of vascular dementia
🫘 Kidneys = damage can lead to diabetes or kidney failure
What to Expect During The 4 Weeks
Let's break it down...
Week 1
This week is a little higher in protein and fat to take your mind off the fact that you are avoiding sugar. Protein helps with cravings and fat is very satiating. The two of these together support you wonderfully as you move away from sugar and refined flour and grain products!
Week 2
Your blood sugar levels may start to balance out here, you may also sleep better than you have in years, and mental clarity will begin to return! Cravings will continue to decrease over the next two weeks as well.
Week 3
By now you may be feeling increased energy, mental clarity, and a more grounded state of being. If your skin has been breaking out, it should soon begin to clear up. Any nausea, irritability, and moodiness may also begin to fade away. Some cravings can still arise from time to time, but you may feel much more equipped and prepared to deal with them.
Week 4
By now, many are sleeping better than they have in years, and headaches, migraines, and joint pain have diminished significantly. Cravings have significantly decreased from the start of this challenge, and having regulated blood sugar levels help bring in a steady stream of energy all day long. Many also experience more mental clarity than ever before.
