Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop with FIXXED

This informative (and hopefully fun!) workshop is 90 minutes long and includes information about what the pelvic floor is, how to activate it and relax it, and common signs and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction.

The workshops also includes a 15 minute yoga flow/movement break that features prenatal and postpartum safe poses, modifications and progressions so that participants can breathe, move, and get a sample of pelvic floor exercises they can do at home.
