S T I L L N E S S: a calm, quiet, motionless state. A state that we rarely experience as a society due to expectations, deadlines, overextending ourselves when we don't have the energy...and the list goes on.
When we are not in a state of stillness, we have D I S T R A C T I O N: a diversion, an interruption. Distraction from our reality, our internal selves, maybe conflict we are experiencing. We may be avoiding what needs to be addressed, because that becomes more comfortable or our way to cope. Distraction can transform into a limitation. A limitation that we create for ourselves to not see, feel, experience. It can work for a while, but then that can get tiring.
But what if you allowed yourself to let go of what's holding you back, to fully embrace yourself, and accept every aspect of who you are? How would that feel? How would it feel to not have limitations, restrictions, or distractions? How do you allow yourself to invite stillness into your life so that you can breathe, find clarity, and live with so much fullness?
Join Julianne as she guides you towards cultivating, seeing + accepting yourself for who you truly are. Through guided meditation, restorative yoga movements, and mindfulness, this 90 minute experience will bring you closer to your inner guide - YOU. You have all the tools you need within you, but sometimes you just have to take a step back to allow yourself to see that.
